The Trust is seeking an ambitious, inspiring, and dedicated leader to join our Primary School Improvement Team as the Director of Teaching and Learning, with a literacy specialism. This is a unique opportunity to shape literacy excellence and professional growth across all of our primary schools.

The successful candidate will lead strategic improvement in literacy across all primary phases, ensuring every child has the opportunity to develop the confidence, fluency and communication they need to thrive. At the same time, you will drive an ambitious professional learning culture, empowering colleagues at every stage of their career.
