Salary: Salary band 2 (point range 3-4) – £10,600 – £10,776 per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days
Contract: Maternity Cover, starting end of November

NCEA Trust, is looking to appoint an Assistant Cook at our busy kitchen in Warkworth Primary School
to cover maternity leave. You will provide quality support to the Unit Catering Manager and wider
team in ensuring the smooth running of the catering service. You will assist in the preparation,
cooking, and serving of high quality meals to students, staff and guests in accordance with the
specified menu while offering hands-on assistance throughout the department.
You will be required to adhere to all food hygiene and health and safety legislation.
The hours of the post are 20 per week, term time plus 5 additional days.
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, willing to help others, provide an excellent service
and with an approach that is flexible to adapt to changing situations.
