Salary: Band 4 £26,403 – £28,142 pro rata (actual £22,781 – £24,281)

Hours: 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days

Bishop’s Primary School has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Manager to join the team and support the day to day activities of our busy primary school. Our school is a vibrant community of curious learners, committed teachers, and supportive families, and we believe that an efficient and welcoming school office is fundamental to creating the positive atmosphere our pupils need to succeed. 

No two days are the same, so it’s important that the successful candidate is organised, flexible, and able to work well within the admin team.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Working with the Headteacher to assist with essential processes; such as the census returns, attendance and admissions.
  • Leading the admin assistant in their role to help ensure the daily operational running of the school is efficient.
  • Managing orders for the school, with a knowledge of budgets.
  • Develop constructive relationships and communicate effectively with staff, parents and carers.
  • Organising and attending meetings with parents and other professionals across the Trust.
  • Providing general clerical and admin support such as photocopying, answering the phone and filing.
