Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days

Dukes Secondary School are looking to appoint a learning support assistant to join the team and help
students reach their full potential.
This role will involve general supervision of the students in the classroom and support of the class
teacher during lessons, encouraging students to engage in activities and ensuring that they all have
access to learning materials.
The ideal candidate will be resilient, organised and able to work both independently and as a part of
a team in a busy classroom environment. Day to day duties involve helping the students follow class
instructions, supporting the teacher with behaviour management and helping them prepare lesson
materials.
