The role

The Trust currently has an exciting opportunity for a resilient, organised and personable individual to join the dedicated Central Services team as a Statutory Compliance Coordinator, and work to ensure that the schools within our Trust are compliant with current Health and Safety regulations.

The successful candidate will be able to work both individually and as part of a team, and build effective relationships with Trust staff and external contractors to ensure a high standard of service is achieved across all sites.

Roles and responsibilites

  • Assisting the Health and Safety Specialist and Director of Finance and Central Services with the management of H&S System Implementation through managing the planned maintenance schedule. 
  • Ensure statutory compliance is completed, including but not limited to emergency lighting, legionella temperature control monitoring, fire safety maintenance, metre reading and general building monitoring.
  • Develop constructive relationships and communicate effectively with staff and contractors on other campuses.
  • Ensure that NCEAT provides quality education facilities and learning environments that are fit for purpose.
  • Maintain reports and documentation by keeping digital records up to date and filed correctly.
