I am a recently-retired Chartered Accountant, having spent the last 20 years of my career in the pharmaceutical sector as a Financial Analyst. I am married and have a grown-up son.

I am a strong supporter of state education, where every child is important and is encouraged to reach their full potential, in a safe and nurturing environment.

As a member of the Board of Trustees, I look forward to joining colleagues in making a valuable contribution to all the Trust schools. My parents grew up in Lynemouth and Newbiggin, so the appointment has a special significance for me.
