Salary: Salary band 1- £10.60 per hour

Thomas Bewick Primary School are looking to appoint friendly and committed lunchtime supervisors to assist the children over the lunchtime period. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to develop their skills and experience whilst supporting children in positive environment.
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Supervising pupils in the dining hall and outside areas.
- Social training, such as table manners, use of cutlery and consideration of others.
- Dealing with accidents and incidents in accordance with school procedures.
- Cleaning up spillages as necessary.
- Managing behaviour to ensure that the children enjoy their break whilst still acting in line with the behaviour policy.
- Ensuring children return to their lessons at the end of the lunchtime period.
