Salary: Band 3, point range 5-6 (£15,930 – £16,220)
Hours: 32.5 hours a week, term time only

The trust is looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and resourceful individuals to join our dedicated and hardworking teams of learning support staff in some of our primary schools located in Ashington.
Our goal is to appoint enthusiastic teaching assistants that are able to build strong relationships and engage effectively with the children in the school. The primary focus is to work within the particular key stage, supporting quality teaching within the classroom, as well as providing intervention for individuals and groups as directed by the class teacher.
The ideal candidate will enjoy being effective in supporting the pupils and work to help them achieve their full potential. Helping others, with an approach that is flexible to adapt to changing situations in a fast-moving environment
