Salary: Band 5 – £26,421 – £29,269 pro rata (£23,370 – £25,900 actual)
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time plus 10 additional days

NCEAT are have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years Lead Practitioner to join the new two year old provision at James Knott Primary School!

The Trust are looking for someone with leadership / management experience that can
share in our vision, be innovative and deliver high quality standards of care and learning. The successful candidate must have a relevant Level 3 qualification as a minimum, experience of having responsibility within an EY provision and excellent communication skills. A willingness to meet challenges with enthusiasm and to contribute as a team member is also essential.

The Early Years Lead Practitioner you would be responsible for providing a safe, caring and nurturing
environment for both children and staff in one of our 2 year old / 30 hours provisions.

Our existing Early Years team believe in giving children exciting, fun experiences every day with
activities based around their likes and interests – encouraging their natural curiosity, helping them
to become happy, confident little learners. Come and join us!
