Salary: MPS/UPS (£30,000 – £46,525)

The Trust are currently looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic teacher to support pupils learning and development at one of the local primary schools.

Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are suitable to the current curriculum and help create a positive learning environment.
- Liaise with other members of staff such as teachers, support staff and department heads to ensure that the pupils needs are being met.
- Have a knowledge of current educational thinking and strategies to raise attainment, and be passionate about building positive relationships with young people to help them succeed.
- Ensure any necessary documentation is completed in line with policy and procedure.
- Support children in their learning and development by encouraging them to explore new interests during lessons.
