Salary: MPS/UPS (£30,000 – £46,525)

Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are suitable to the current curriculum and help create a positive learning environment.
  • Liaise with other members of staff such as teachers, support staff and department heads to ensure that the pupils needs are being met.
  • Build strong relationships with the children in order to identify their individual needs and work with them to ensure they are getting the most out of the lessons.
  • Ensure any necessary documentation is completed in line with policy and procedure.
  • Support children in their learning and development by encouraging them to explore new interests during lessons.
