NCEAT has a unique opportunity for an experienced person to undertake the role of Director of Health & Safety and Estates based at its head office in Ashington. Under the guidance of the Director of Finance and Central Services you will provide high quality leadership and management for all aspects of the Trust’s estates, facilities and health and safety.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the long and short-term planning, implementation and high-quality delivery in relation to estates, facilities and health and safety related aspects of the work of the Trust and its local environment in a multi-site capacity.
The Requirements
- IOSH trained or equivalent
- Level 3 qualification (A level or equivalent) in a relevant area or demonstrates skills to the equivalent
- Experience of working in a multi-site capacity
- Experience of line management
It is essential that the successful candidate has integrity and is able to maintain confidentiality while remaining impartial, with an eye for detail and the ability to remain calm and positive in challenging circumstances.
