Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust are looking for creative and hardworking Level 1 Teaching Assistants to work with students aged between 2 – 19 years with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties at Castle School.
We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and resourceful individuals to join a dedicated team of specialised teaching and learning staff, who will enjoy being effective in supporting students with complex needs and have an appreciation of the positive attitude required to encourage independence in our students.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working creatively to help students develop and reach their full potential in a purpose built environment, whilst working as part of a committed team. It is essential that the successful candidate is patient, supportive and hardworking, with a can-do attitude to helping the children with their learning.
