The Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust has an exciting opportunity for a senior lettings assistant to join the lettings team and support facility rental within the Trust.

The successful candidate will work with the lettings assistants to ensure that hirers are met onsite and receive a high standard of customer service, as well as ensuring that the correct guidelines and procedures are followed in line with health and safety regulations.

This can be a busy role, as you will be the first point of contact for those hiring the facilities so strong communication skills and customer service experience is essential.

There will also be an element of administrative duties as you will be required to schedule events, ensure that staff are available to greet renters, and communicate schedules to renters and lettings assistants.

This is an ad hoc position, with working patterns usually falling on evenings and weekends, so
this is an ideal role for someone looking to work flexibly.

NCEAT is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and
expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  All posts are subject to pre-employment
checks, references will be sought and successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS
check which will be applied for by us on appointment.
