An exciting opportunity has arisen for a lettings assistant to join the Northumberland Church of
England Academy Trust. In this busy role you will support those looking to hire the facilities within
NCEAT, and will work to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
You will ensure hirers are following guidelines/procedures correctly, and be responsible for the
locking/unlocking of the buildings. You will also be ensuring the security of the premises and
monitoring visitors in order to keep in line with fire safety regulations.
This role can be demanding, therefore we are looking for a resilient person who has experience of
working closely with customers, has excellent communication and customer service skills and is
approachable, friendly and confident in dealing with queries.
This is an ad hoc position, with working patterns usually falling on evenings and weekends, so
flexibility is essential.
