Butterbeer was first on the menu when a group of 39 KS3 students set off on an action-packed three-day visit to London.
After swapping life at the Academy for the halls of Hogwarts at Harry Potter World, they headed to the capital to take in the sights of the city.
They enjoyed a trip on the London Eye, a walking tour around London, lunch in St James’s Park, ice creams in Green Park and dinner at the Rainforest Cafe, before hitting the West End with tickets to see The Lion King. There was then still time for a tour around the Tower of London and lunch in the Hard Rock Cafe before making the return journey home.
Proud teacher, Mrs Young, KS3 Learning and Progress Manager, said: “We had a fantastic time and the weather was brilliant. The students were a credit to NCEA as always.”
