We are looking for a committed and inspiring practitioner with experience of working with 2 to 4
year olds to join our team as Early Years Lead Practitioner in one of our 2 year old and 30 hours
provisions at NCEA Trust.


We require an experienced practitioner with some leadership / management experience that can
share in our vision, be innovative and deliver high quality standards of care and learning. The
position is full-time, term time only. The successful candidate must have a relevant Level 3
qualification as a minimum, experience of having responsibility within an EY provision and excellent
communication skills. A willingness to meet challenges with enthusiasm and to contribute as a team
member is essential.


This is a hands-on role working 37 hours per week, term time plus 10 additional days, and as the
Early Years Lead Practitioner you would be responsible for providing a safe, caring and nurturing
environment for both children and staff in one of our 2 year old / 30 hours provisions with support.
Our existing Early Years team believe in giving children exciting, fun experiences every day with
activities based around their likes and interests – encouraging their natural curiosity, helping them
